ICP5000 series current probe is able to measure up to 50MHz current signals with <3%DC accuracy error through the advanced close loop technology with built-in transducer, which is mainly used for current measurement in various industrial application, and its current range up to 20A(DC + peak AC).
More advantage, this current probe is well matched with IIP1000 series high voltage differential probe on signal delay, the error of delay <1ns, this offers great benefit for end customer to measure real time voltage and current signal in the same time, and perform power analysis more conveniently, but much less expensive.
